Our co-founder Natalie will share her learnings on longevity from her study tour to Okinawa, Japan with an intimate group over a light breakfast. Okinawa is one of the 5 Blue Zones hotspots, where there's one of the highest density of healthy and happy centenarians in the world.

How Urukawa-san left his busy city life in Tokyo to return to his home roots in Okinawa to lead a life of ikigai, a Japanese concept that means "a reason for being" and joined a moai, a social, emotional and financial support group that can be attributed to the longevity in Okinawa.
